NAPOLEON COMPLEX

Kento is a ball of energy; he buzzes around like a housefly with some kind of disorder, constantly barging into everyone else’s business. Hence the nickname ‘Low Rider’: his scooter seems to be in perpetual freefall, as though he’s in a huge race with an invisible competitor. And this little dude has a Napoleon complex, let me tell you: he’s always trying to put on a show of machismo, usually futilely, prone to runaway brags about his physical abilities. The funniest part is that he never goes anywhere without his step stool to reach high shelves or just stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the big kids. It’s almost like he’s got his own little pet sitting with him everywhere he goes. Low Rider: tiny in stature with an outsized sense of his own importance. Now that’s the kind of neighbourhood presence we can live with!
