Ikran & Maya
Ikran paced the room. It was difficult for him to sit still. He thought about Maya. Afraid that something might happen to Maya. He was worried that if his enemy could smell Maya's presence in Pasadianka, he would surely kill Maya at that very moment. It was quarter past three in the morning. Maya should have come home half an hour ago. 'Where is she?' Asked Ikran
Knock! Knock!
"Maya?" said Ikran after he heard a knock on the room door.
"Yes, Ikran. This is Maya," Her voice trembled. Ikran immediately opened the door and told Maya to enter immediately. Ikran stepped outside. He looked left and right. Trying to make sure no one was walking in the corridor.
"How?" Asked Ikran to his beloved 'butterfly'.
"I've taken care of him," Maya answered. Her eyes twinkled. She laid her exhausted body on the bed.
"Did you get in there, Maya?" Ikran was curious. Yes, Maya answered simply.
"Are you sure no one has noticed you?" Ikran asked again. He wanted certainty. He did not want everything to be revealed.
"Yes, I'm sure. I already eliminated him," Maya answered confidently.
"Good. Good," Ikran stroked Maya's head.
"So, what's our next plan? How many more do we have to hunt?"
"We rest first, we first determine where they all are. There are twenty-one targets that need to be eliminated. We have just eliminated three targets. This means we have nineteen more targets."
"Okay. In that case, I'll rest first. I've used too much energy," said Maya. She closed her eyes and stretched her tired muscles.
"Alright, Maya. Get some rest-" said Ikran.
